This is a small adapter for connecting most usb mouses (even wireless) and many usb controllers to an Amiga or Atari ST computers:

You can also use it with many usb joystick/gamepad controllers, on any computer equipped with 9pin atari joystick ports like Amiga, Atari ST, Atari 8bit, Commodore 64.
